4. Procedure and Method of Destruction of Personal Information

In principle, the Company destructs users’ personal information immediately after the purpose of its collection and use have been achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows:

Procedure of Destruction
The information entered by the members for becoming a member will be: moved to a separate DB (for papers, this means a separate file box) after achievement of its purpose; stored for certain period based on theinternal policy and reasons for information protection as provided in other applicable laws and regulations (See:Period of Retention and Use); and destructed in due time. The personal information moved to that separate DB will not be used for purposes other than retention unless stated otherwise in the laws.

Method of Destruction
Any personal information stored in an electronic file will be deleted by using technological methods that make it impossible to retrieve or regenerate that information.

5. Provision of Personal Information

The Company does not provide the personal information of users externally, in principle except for the following cases: When the users give prior consent; or the provision is required by investigation agencies under the procedures and methods as provided in the laws and regulations for the purpose of investigation.

In order to perform its services, the Company consigns collected personal information to external professional companies as follows:

Users may ask for or make correction to their registered personal information at any time and also may request for cancelling their subscription. In order to make such inquiry, make corrections to personal information (or ‘correction to member information’), or request cancellation (withdrawal of their consent), the users must go through an identification process by clicking “Membership Withdrawal” for direct access, correction and withdrawal. Or, if the users contact the person responsible for managing personal information by a letter, telephone call or email, the Company will take measures without delay. If you (the user) ask for a correction to any errorin your personal information, the Company will not use or provide such information before making such correction. In addition, if the Company has already provided a 3rd party with incorrect personal information, the Company will inform such 3rd party of the result of correction without delay so that such correction can be made promptly.
